okay less busy…
I have managed to finish the report on my recent trip to the US – only one MS Word crash which destroyed the document and nearly had me crying this evening. Other than that not much happening in my world just now – too much work. Oh except there is a cute new chicken in the office 😉 I was accused of drooling this evening on the way to the station.

dave-o just sent me a baby pic but then forbade me to post it – what’s the point in that 😉

I received this mail today

I received this mail today from a friend paul. You know I may just do it if only for the fact that I wanted to be [or was that do?] mark hammil when I was 7 😉
As some of you may know there is a census coming around on August the 7th. For those who don’t know, a census is where the government collates general information about its residents (number of people living in your house, religion, etc) If there are enough people, who put down a religion that isn’t mentioned on the census form it becomes a fully recognised and legal religion. It usually takes about 10,000 people to nominate the same religion. It is for this reason that it has been suggested that anyone who does not have a dominant religion to put “Jedi” as their religion. Send this on to all your friends and tell them to put down “Jedi” on their census form.

And remember ……If you are a member of the Jedi religion then you are by default a ‘Jedi Knight’. So if this has been your dream since you were 4 years old…. Do it because you love Star Wars, If not……….. then just do it to annoy people. “May the Force be with you!”

I am feeling like poo

I am feeling like poo now and I have no idea of the day, time or month. Also too much work to come back to – I need a holiday 🙁

I forgot to mention that

I forgot to mention that there seemed to be a huge amount of three way and four way action on the dance floor at badlands last night – not complaining at all except I wanted to be in the middle of some of those guys 😉

Spent the day mostly hungover

Spent the day mostly hungover from the escapades last night. Sheena and I managed to do a lot of sight seeing though today – we visited the lincoln meemorial, the vietnam war memorial, the monument, the smithsonian castle and air and space museum and then on to the capitol building before deciding to go back to the hotel and crash for a while. So all in all very nice.
This week end in DC is the national cherry blossom festival parade a very strange concept really but hey this is the states. The Washington Post has been covering the cherry blossoms with a daily ‘blossom watch’ and there is even a website for more information on the blossoms.
