Impending Pilgrimage
Okay so call me predictable if you like but I know what I like and I like what I know.
So it’s now only 5 sleeps until Singapore Airlines is speeding me on my way to Sydney for the annual party season in the sun. Northy is also coming but due to star alliance and scheduling issues we are on different flights but leaving and arriving minutes apart.
So I’m starting to get excited about Harbour Party already. I’m hoping that Barry Manilow mixes will not be on the cards this year as I’m still playing Randy Crawford too.
Looking forward to seeing Jo and JoeB too as well as Bettina and Margie. In fact now I’m just looking forward :o)
I’m taking a slight detour on the way back via Bangkok to visit another mate and this one is well overdue.

happy birthday to me :o)
So I’m a little older today than I was yesterday (although that is true of everyday). So I bought myself a present. A flight to Singapore/Sydney/Bangkok/Singapore/London – just in time for Harbour Party and Mardi Gras. Oh and of course Jo’s Birthday!
Plus I get to visit Ian in Thailand which is cool – been promising I’d do that for years.
The presents you get yourself are normally the best but flights are brilliant :o)
Matt got me a great gift – a months subscription to the non work friendly all american heroes website. ;o) Porn the gift that keeps on giving LOL!
And northy got me…

my restaurant rules
While I was in Sydney (yes I know I have mentioned the trip a few times) they had a dodgy reality TV show called My Restaurant Rules. Now Sam & Catherine were perhaps the most annoying couple. They kept whining on about wanting to learn Italian etc etc and nothing really about the restaurant. The location was perfect, so it couldn’t possibly fail. Practically opposite The Colombian and next to Wagamama. Shame then that it’s the first one to close 😉
