dave-o keeps using the term

dave-o keeps using the term oncer to describe the event of meeting someone who you will probably not meet again – as in one night stand. oncer sounds much nicer and a lot less seedy. love it and thought i should share that with you all. so i guess you are wondering how we managed to drop oncer into the conversation – well you will just have to carry on wondering.

okay well here is the deal – in true dave-o stylee I am gonna do a quick week-end in hypertext? because all that gossip will just not fit into one post – and also because I actually have some work to do this morning – I only have 2 and a bit days of work left before my Singapore and Sydney trip.
friday: was my birthday, did very little at work, went out for drinks with scally here and then went back to his to watch this.
saturday: got a cab to waterloo to catch this, then arrived here for the week-end. drank way too much of this [well a cheaper french version actually], and had too little sleep.
sunday: got up late, missed breakfast, wandered around here, paid ?28 for 4 burgers, fries and drinks. arrived here and caught this back home. went online to visit here, here and here.

tackorama is the word of

tackorama is the word of the week-end 🙂
just back from disneyland paris talk about commercial – and talk about american – you could almost forget you were in france except every now and then one of the staff spoke in french.
we stayed in the hotel new york and from the mickey mouse soaps to the empire state lamps it was tat city – the entire theme was taken way too far and way too seriously.
we did manage to escape the compound and smuggle 2 bottles of vodka back to the hotel though 😉 so we had a really good time actually.
I’ll blog the gossip when I have more time tomorrow.
