England – London 66
for those of you that know gaydar you will be as amazed as I was by that statistic…

Tired and in bed but

Tired and in bed but can’t sleep. Went out last night again and I think my body clock has readjusted to party time. It is so used to me staying out until 3 in the morning that it thinks this is now th norm and refuses to let me sleep anytime before this.
Took Elric [the new straight flatmate] to the 2 brewers last night. He is almost as good as a fag hag except the man I was trying to pull was much more interested in him. Still we had a fun night all in all. I had my reservations but these turned out to be completely unfounded.
I have spent the last couple of days tidying up the flat and throwing out my old life – wel the papers and stuff you collect over time anyways. I never realised how living with someone can be so pervasive. I’m feeling much better now that so much is thrown out. Feels fresh and new shame it isn’t tidy too.
Also decided to throw a quick NYE party for friends who will be in London so will b having fireworks on the roof and lots of intimate chats with lots of wine. Sounds ideal to me to start the New Year the way I intend to spend it – catching up with people and being intimate.
Just chatting with scally who is slutting on gaydar [like I neve do :)] and decided I feel very sick [again] so I am gonna call it a night and go to sleep now. Have a party to plan tomorrow!

Just having a look at

Just having a look at rainbownetwork to see what is happening over christmas as I am now probably gonna stay in London for the not so festive season. Nice feature on 2000: Headline Makers The year sure did fly by didn’t it! What are your thoughts on the year?

So what happened to global

So what happened to global warming then? The severe weather has brought the trains to a standstill in London so I am working from home this morning. I’ll venture out and see what it’s like later.

Any one who was at

Any one who was at Saturdays Mardi Gras in London’s Finsbury Park will have noticed a strange phenomenon. Not the fact that it appeared to be dry for most of the day. No it was the amazing proliferation of abercrombie gear on boyz around the park. Most of my group had stayed around the Radio 1 stage and it seemed like every other person had an abercrombie tee-shirt on or the waistband of abercrombie boxers hitched up just visible with their pants hiked down a bit.

The marketing and branding of ANF has hit even before there first stores in the UK. Two american girls stopped me around 10pm outside Manor House Tube to ask where I had gotten mine. Global branding eh? A marketing mans dream!

I am on a complete

I am on a complete nostalgia fest now UNL University of North London was where I spent the first 3 years of my course. Lots of fun times too! I started in 1989 and this was when I moved down to London – never to return.

the dot com revolution has

the dot com revolution has really taken hold in the UK this past year. With new sites touting for business everyday it seems some are just doomed to failure. One site which I am hoping will stay the distance is urbanfetch.co.uk they offer free courier delivery within 2 hours in central London. Great for that gift you can’t get out to buy.

Better still they are offering free video rental for every order for a limited time – with a reply paid envelope to return it. Great special offers like this keep the internet miles ahead of the high street!

My friend in London [Kelly]

My friend in London [Kelly] has decided that she hates men and I quote “I am afraid I hate all men apart from Gay ones at them moment and the jury is out on them as they are MEN after all…….. but I like the thought of Men hurting other men……it has a certain bitter sweetness to it shall I say certain justice

Well it sounds a bit painful to me.
So if there is a nice genuine (straight) man out there please drop Kelly a line.

The news about boo.com ending

The news about boo.com ending up in recievership worried me more than I thought it would. My first reaction was that it was about time the .com revolution took stock and realised you just can’t pump money into a new venture indefinitely. Then after talking to friends in London I was reminded that “Thats people out of work you know, real people with real lives trying to make a living, its not all about company development and e-commerce”
As the morning wears on I realise that this actually isn’t just about the company it’s about people too.

okay so I have just

okay so I have just rolled in from the pub. Dublin men are cute I have to say this. I may be drunk with beer goggles! Good job I am married I have met a few guys today (none from Dublin I might add) who would just be eaten alive if they walked into a bar in London. Let’s hope Dan starts posting here soon. It is beginning to sound far too desperate at [world in motion] – room is spinning too!
